We are running RT4.4.4 and our users keep on experiencing slowdowns on various operations like View, Update and Replies/Comments within the system. The performance issues also fluctuate and it comes and goes but is never really “quick”. When we check the actual hardware it is well within parameters so it’s not a hardware resource limitation. In addition, several clues point to it being DB related eg wildcard search display issues on CF’s, linking existing tickets, users (delay in displaying the value, ticket, user, group etc). Here is the size of our current implementation:
Does anyone have any clues or ideas on what we should look at first?
