RT sending duplicate ticket emails

Hi, just installed RT w/ Postfix and I’m getting two copies of each ticket by email. This happens with any one of the queue member notifications. Any suggestions?

What version of RT are you running? does root@localhost also get into your
inbox? you may want to go and change root’s email address to a null in
the admin ui…
