RT sending correspondence from @unspecified-domain

Hi,

I just set up RT, but whenever I try to reply to a ticket through RT, it is sent from @unspecified-domain, and the customer is unable to reply.

Has anyone experienced this before?

That sounds like you haven’t properly configured your CorrespondAddress
and CommentAddress in RT_SiteConfig.pm (or the queue admin page).
