When displaying an incident in RTIR, for example:

If there is more than 8 incident reports, buttons for pagination are created with links:
https://myserver/Views/Ticket/dhandler?Page-Incident%20Reports-1=1&UpdateContent=&id=399202
https://myserver/Views/Ticket/dhandler?Page-Incident%20Reports-1=2&UpdateContent=&id=399202
etc.
But clicking on the buttons, the result is not the expected, a blank page appears with the following error message:
