Hello,

I’ve a problem with webrt.
When open a the url like
http://myhost/Search/Listing.html?QueueOp=%3D&ValueOfQueue=1&ValueOfStatus=open&StatusOp=%3D&LimitStatus=Give+me+all+open+requests+in+this+queue!

I get:

while serving myhost /Search/Listing.html
(referer=http://myhost/Search/Listing.html?ClearRestrictions=1,
agent=Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.01; Windows NT 5.0))
error while executing /Search/Listing.html:
DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Unknown column ‘Scope’ in ‘where clause’ at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/DBIx/SearchBuilder/Handle.pm line 161,
chunk 162.
HTML::Mason::Request::ANON(‘DBD::mysql::st execute failed:
Unknown column 'Scope' in 'whe…’) called at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/DBIx/SearchBuilder/Handle.pm line 161

i get the same error whe i create a new group and try to list it.

What precise rev of RT2 are you running? My first guess is a database schema / libraries
version mismatch. (note that you must restart apache after an upgrade or install.On Fri, Oct 27, 2000 at 10:08:25PM +0200, robert rotman wrote:
