RT:Problem in Configuration

Dear all,

When, a requestor sends a request, apart from Autoreply, Correspondance
status etc, addtional email messages is send to the
requestor like the one below mentioned.

From:
“Enoch Root via RT” rt@example.net
To:
maniezhilan@example.net
CC:
reqtrack@example.net

Can any one help me out in solving this problem?

Second Problem: How to delete a newly created group?

I searched in http://fsck.com/rtfm, yet Iam unable to get the answer.

  1. Have a look in the scrips set up. It’s in there.
    Delete the ones you don’t want
