RT Outgoing Mail Recorded

Good Day

I have a mysterious case of RT not sending emails for some tickets and mailing for other tickets.

When I create a ticket manually I receive an email. All my scrips are enabled.

I have no issues with my mail server.

I have attached 2 screenshots of what a working ticket looks like and what a broken image looks like.

No going email recorded.

This seems to be an intermittent problem.

Are they both created the same way? Do requestors on the tickets have the same rights?

Yes they both have the exact same rights.

The email itself is sent by a Script, so I would recommend debugging there, in case there’s some weird precondition being applied.
