RT Mails aren't sending (Cc)

hey folks,

i’m new to RT and i need to troubleshoot this issue which is sometime emails aren’t sending to people in CC, i would like to know what can be the cause or where i can start troubleshooting it?

do you have a scrip active for notification of CCs?

yes i have On Correspond Notify Requestors and Ccs script enable on global settings.
but sometime it doesn’t notify cc.

Well, you can then set the option Set($LogToFile , ‘debug’); to your RT_Siteconfig.pm to enable debugging to file /opt/rt4/var/log/rt.log. Maybe then you will be able to see what’s wrong.

thanks il change the configuration and give it a try. to apply configuration changes restarting Apache should be enough or?

Yes, that should be enough for this purpose.
