Rt-mailgate: undefined server error

Hiya folks,

Since a few days ago I’m having the following error:

rt-mailgate: connecting to http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx//REST/1.0/NoAuth/mail-gateway An Error Occurred ================= 500 read timeout /path/to/my/rt/bin/rt-mailgate: undefined server error

This is happening since I did migrate to RT 4.0.8, and not with all the incoming mail, just with mails which have attachments.

Any ideas??? I forgot something to configure???

The error implies that rt-mailgate times out while waiting for a
response from the RT server. Is there anything in your web server logs?
