Speaking of “RTFM”, can someone point me to it? I got a user manual in the
distribution package (1.0.7), but it is VERY lean and doesn’t go into mail
handling. I am trying to better understand that particular issue.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Can RT access the data in the “CC” (carbon-copy)field of a message request
and automatically use it in the “CC” field of a response to that msg…?
Often when creating a request, our users often “CC” other users in that
request and “CC” users must be incuded on all responses…
Is this one of those RTFM/RTFA issues??
