RT+LDAP (no one can create ticket except existing users).. help

Good day!

Below are the log files taken from apache and rt… when I tried creating a ticket in a queue by sending an email. I made it sure that Everyone has CreateTicket right in that queue. Thus this error contained in my httpd-error.log below is invalid:

“You might need to grant ‘Everyone’ the right ‘CreateTicket’ for the
queue Network Operations.”

or is it just a cached object that needs to be flushed?? How??

I’m thinking perhaps it has something to do with my current LDAP setup as my debug.log below shows that it seems like rt is trying to use search my ldap server for informations, not sure though. Please help me…

Just tell me if you need anymore information regarding my problem.

Just few seconds ago replied on the message with the same problem with
subject “RT could not load a valid user, and RT’s configuration”.
Try to set “$WebFallbackToInternalAuth” config option to true (don’t
forget to stop and start sever).

I’ve found that some messages dont wrap correctly in RT 3.4.5.

I have:

Set($MessageBoxWrap, “HARD”);
Set($MessageBoxWidth , 72);

It looks like most messages get wrapped correctly, but those typed in a
macos browser look to wrap at about 140 characters. Is that possible? Is
it a bug?

I don’t think Safari honors WRAP=HARD in textarea fields. It is
increasingly difficult to keep supporting Safari in our web apps,
despite how much I like using it daily… it just does some stupid
things.
