RT install using Cygwin

So, I’ve tried to install the latest version of RT using Cygwin on an
XP-SP2 box and I keep coming up with dependency issues. Looking at the
wiki, there are no updated docs on how to install RT properly.

Does anyone have the documentation on the steps to install RT using
Cygwin?

Why can’t you use CPAN from inside Cygwin? If you can use CPAN, then give
that a shot like everyone else! (-:

Hmmm, I’ve tried it from CPAN with launching it from the command prompt
but not from inside of Cygwin. I’ll test that and see if I get any
closer.
