RT implementation discussion

Would someone be willing to have some discussions around their
experiences on implementing RT? It does not have to fill up the board,
it can be done offline.

The company I work for has decided they would like to implement

RT, RTIR & RTFM before the end of the year. I have been tasked with
making it happen. I am looking for someone who would be willing to
discuss their experiences with a full blow install of RT from the ground
The discussion will not center on specifics (i.e. how did you
configure this) but a higher (i.e. what ticket volume did you design for
and what database consideration did you recognize for your install).
Final project approval is pending so I don’t have any money at the
moment to spend. We may need to support of an implementer to get us up
an running. Those are things I am trying to understand.
I have experience in system design, implementation and support.
I know enough to know, I don’t know what I don’t know. I would really
like to find someone who is willing to discuss their implementation. Are
there any takers on this list?
