RT FROM Email Headers

When customers send email to our support email address from google, The from Address picks as:
From: The default queue via RT <support@mycompany.com>.
Now due to Branding issues and customer satisfaction I want to get away with the The default queue via RT bit from email From header since from a high-level overview from Gmail client they cannot really identify the sender as support@mycompany.com. Now testing this from msmtp which is the SMTP relay we use it does correctly pick email header as From: support@mycompany.com. Am assuming this is something to be set from RT side, question is where do I tell RT to use From Email headers as the support email and get away with the The default queue via RT bit.


Managed to fix this by adding From Email header on Templates.
