Hello,
I have the ExternalAuth plugin authenticating using LDAPS. My question is
if there is a way to disable normal RT password fallback? I can’t seem to
find an option and I want users to fail if LDAPS isn’t successful.
Thanks,
Adam

The fastest and easiest fix is to clear all the internal passwords at
the database level by setting them to NO-PASSWORD.
I suggest leaving root’s password alone (or another local admin
account) in case you need to get into RT when ldap is unavailable.

Hmm, not ideal but I suppose that would work. Thanks for the prompt reply.
