Hi Ruslan,

attached is an patch for rt-extension-priorityasstring
that adds some missing features:

  • translation on ticket display page
  • add priority value to the html class on ticket display page
  • translation in the priority select list
  • add html class with priority value to priority select options

I tested your version and it works fine.

Just noticed that on Configuration => Queue in the queue listing,
there are still the priority numbers instead of the priority values.
As this is only for the admin, I don’t think that this must be changed,
but if you have time … :wink:

Hi Ruslan,

again a little modification.
The FinalPriority is only shown,
if it’s different from the Priority.
