Hello good people,

Is there a chance of RT-Extension-HelpDesk seeing the light of day with RT6.x?
I have been looking for a HelpDesk tool and just came across this extension, which makes me opt for RT instead of some monster options I have tested.

There is a branch for rt6 so it should be out in the near future!
