RT-Extension-HelpDesk and RT-6.0.x

Hello good people,

Is there a chance of RT-Extension-HelpDesk seeing the light of day with RT6.x?
I have been looking for a HelpDesk tool and just came across this extension, which makes me opt for RT instead of some monster options I have tested.

There is a branch for rt6 so it should be out in the near future!

Hi, i have installed RT6 (fresh installation) with the extension RT-Extension-HelpDesk-0.03 without any problem. It work like a charm.

I use some other extensions on RT6 :

RT-Extension-Announce-1.06
RT-Extension-Drafts-0.05.1
RT-Extension-ElapsedBusinessTime-0.05
RT-Extension-PreviewInSearch-0.06
RT-Extension-RepliesToResolved-1.03
RTx-Calendar-2.00

Only RT-Extension-Assets-Import-CSV-2.4 and RT-Extension-Memo-0.08 are not activated and seems not compatible (or i missing something during configuration maybe).

I found RT-Extension-HelpDesk-1.00 and installed it.
It causes my RT6 instance to generate errors.
On the webUI, no Queue is displayed. Instead I only see “Error” under Queue List.
In rt.log, I have these:

You need to adjust the right “AdminQueue” for your support group.
