I got this when I first started testing. RT is setup as
“support@mydomain.com” and I was testing with a user who I created with
“support@mydomain.com” as the email address. For every ticket I created the
autoreply message would create this message. Duh. I realized it because I
also got this same text in an email to root on my server before I saw the
log file.

in your RT_Siteconfig.pm, you have:

Set($CorrespondAddress , ‘support@mydomain.com’);

The address, support@mydomain.com, should not be assigned to anyone
else, or any other system!

For testing purposes, just use wchever@terracottatech.com… there is no
harm in doing that.

What I normally do is to install and configure RT as much as I want,
then create a dump of the database (mysqldump --opt rt3 > rt3.sql).
I then do as much testing as I want. Once satisfied that things are
working like, I then drop the db and restore from the dump.
