in your RT_Siteconfig.pm, you have:
Set($CorrespondAddress , ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’);
The address, email@example.com, should not be assigned to anyone
else, or any other system!
For testing purposes, just use firstname.lastname@example.org… there is no
harm in doing that.
What I normally do is to install and configure RT as much as I want,
then create a dump of the database (mysqldump --opt rt3 > rt3.sql).
I then do as much testing as I want. Once satisfied that things are
working like, I then drop the db and restore from the dump.
