Dear all,
Can someone point me which file (/Pref/MyRT, etc) I should modify to cater the default view of the '10 highest priority tickets I own'? The reason behind is I have added more custom fields on the Status field record (e.g. Work-in-Progress, Pre-stage, etc) which I wanted to display over there. (Now it's only showed the 'Open' & 'New' as default' and I want to show those including the new custom fields too).
I looked on the Wiki http://wiki.bestpractical.com/index.cgi?ChangeDefaultRTAtAGlance and tried follow the steps, but no luck at all.
RT version is 3.5.5, perl v5.8.6,
