RT-crontool for SLA Due

Hi,

I am working with RT 4.4.1-3 SLA notification email. I am configuring rt-crontool but I don’t have /bin/rt-crontool \ in /opt/rt4 that’s why I manually created bin/rt-crontool directory. Is this gonna work?

Please help me.
