Rt cmd line option to set Privilege

Hi:

Finding a lack of good examples in the rt command line help and a lack of good
documentation, I find ‘rt’ very overwhelming. Can someone show me how to construct a rt
command line to modify (e.g. set) the Privileged bit of an installed user?

I made the mistake of adding 200 non-privleged users only to later find out that they can’t
access RTFM and I need to undo that.
