RT::Client::REST is now available

Dear RTers,

a first release of RT::Client::REST is now available for testing.
Inside, this module is /usr/bin/rt with an OO interface and exceptions
thrown in. This is an alpha release, not all features of actual rt tool
are there yet.

Comments are very welcome.
