Rt can not display user names

We have a working installation of rt 3.0.6 Today it was noticed that rt
wasn’t displaying user names most of time. I’ll try to describe the issue.

The usernames won’t display under Configuration->users. Only the owner
displays in a ticket, the requestor cc and admin cc fields are blank. When
you click on People you will see the requestor cc and admin cc listed next
to a check mark but the owner dropdown is now blank and only - and nobody is
in the dropdown.

I’m just wondering if anyone else has run across this issue. It seemed to me
to be a parsing error somewhere in the user table but after looking through
the records nothing jumped out at me.

    Don’t know about Requestor, Cc and AdminCc.
    Dropdown menu is dinamic. It uses current rights configuration and only
    select users with apropriate rights. I think you don’t have users who
    could one this ticket. Please recheck rights scheme.
