I have tried to delete a queue.
I have done it in RT Web Admin/ Modify Queue
After that I have looked at Display Queue and
found this queue as it have not been deleted.
A’ propos, how soon comes Beta 2
with new features, e.g. “attach file”

I suspect the bug you were reporting was fixed in 1.3.40.
