Rt attachment handling via mailgate

I searched the docs and FAQ without any avail as to the answer if RT2 or
RT3 handle attachment from mailgate.

Basically, all I want is for RT to handle incoming mail with attachment.
As of now, it’s bouncing back with the following:

“/usr/local/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue techsupport --action
correspond”. Command output: RT server error. The RT
server which handled your email did not behave as expected. It said:

System error

error:  MIME::Parser: can’t open tmpfile: Invalid
argument
<font face=“Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif”

specs: freebsd-5.0 with RT3.

Am I missing something?

RT does handle attachments.

MIME::Parser: can’t open tmpfile: Invalid argument

Maybe bad permissions on the tmp dir, or a mistake in your config?
