is there any API so that I can subsribe on it and get all new created tickets/updates and etc automatically?
I guess the best way would be to join to some socket channel.

How do you want your updates? If email works then you can subscribe as a watcher on all the queues that you want alerts on for ticket creation.

what do you mean subscribe as a watcher? To email and then parse email and procese further or there is better more a propriate way?

If you go to Admin->Queue->Watchers you can sign-up as a watcher on the queue, then if you look under admin->scrips you can see the automatic alerts enabled. For example there is a scrip called ''On Create Notify Owner and AdminCcs" which alerts AdminCc watchers when a ticket is created.
