Has anyone used RT for project management? Is there a way to create a sub
ticket under one ticket?

For example, i have a project for setting up a user account which has 4 sub
tasks to the proect. I would like once a task is completed to change the
status of the project to 25% done, and when all the sub tasks are completed
the ticket would be completed. Anyone have any ideas on how to do this?
