Hi guys,
Excuse me to bother you, i m currently trying to setup RT with OFFICE365 and i m having some issues.
It seems like i managed to make the email work with postfix, when someone send a ticket, and put their email in REQUESTORS they get the email, answer etc, but on the other hand, if i put let’s say andy.anthoine@mycompany.com as reply address and comment address in a queue, i don’t get any of those email… they all go to my “noreply@mycompany.com”, which is the account used for my RT to handle mails.
I will gladly give my configuratoin etc, if you can help me about that.
Finding documentation isn’t really easy on RT it seems, or if you could point me in the right direction, i would be thankfull.
