I’m using RT 4.4.1 and have the problem that correspondence is not
relayed to the other AdminCC of a given queue if answered by email. If the tickets is answered via webpage, the other AdminCC got an email.
My Scrips are the following:
-On Comment Notify AdminCC as Comment
-On Correspondence Notify Requestor and CC
-On Correspondence Notify AdminCC as Comment
The AdminCC is a group that is configured for the whole queue and thus
got also the comments.
Do you have any pointer to debug this issue?
