Hi Everyone,
I have a question: How can I insert the Value(s) of a custom Field in a
Certain Template.
e.g.: I have a field with an other ticketing-systems ticket-id. I handle
them in a Custom Field. Now I want to include the value of that field in
the eMail correspondence as well.
