RT 3.8.2 ACL bug?

I gave global ShowTicketComments right to the Owner role. The owner can’t
see comments and $TicketObj->CurrentUserHasRight(“ShowTicketComments”)
returns zero for that user.

Anyone else see this behavior?

It’s because I am running 3.8.HEAD and canonicalization isn’t working.
