During some debugging today, Ruz discovered what we believe is a
better fix for the 3.8.0
bug of undef ending up in the Callback cache, causing stack traces on
pages at random.
This prompted us to release a 4th release candidate before releasing
3.8.1
We appreciate reports of success with this release as we hope it will
become
3.8.1 in a few days.
