My Query Builder doesn’t have any drop down to search on ticket subjects -
am I missing this or is this a known issue?

What’s the first line in your query builder get you?

content / content-type / filename
Mine has subject in that list.
Which file dictates what fills that box? I’m fairly certain I haven’t made
any changes that should affect that.
Haven’t seen any responses - which file adds “subject” to the drop-down
list? Or which file populates that to begin with? From: “matthew zeier” mrz@intelenet.net

Haven’t seen any responses - which file adds “subject” to the drop-down
list? Or which file populates that to begin with?
/opt/rt3/share/html/Elements/SelectAttachmentField
Odd -
SELECT NAME=“<%$Name%>”>
<&|/l&>Subject
<&|/l&>Content
<&|/l&>Content-Type
<&|/l&>Filename
<%ARGS>
$Name => 'AttachmentField'
Yet the HTML is rendering as:
content
content-type
filename
For whatever reason, the SelectAttachmentField in
/opt/rt3/var/mason_data/obj/standard/Elements was hosed. I removed
that file and now see a Subject option. The diff of the new file and
the old shows some 76 lines.
Bug maybe? I dunno. On Jul 29, 2004, at 4:31 PM, matthew zeier wrote:

Sounds like the file got corrupted somehow.
