We have a global custom field “if resolved” of type singleSelect which has
values “archive”, helpdesk" or “trash”.
If a Ticket has this custom field set to one of the values and an admin
changes the value of the cf then in the results part of the window we see:
* if resolved archive changed to helpdesk * Custom field value archive could not be found for custom field if
the latter is not true and misleading.
There is no functional error but only a wrong error message.
