RT 3.0.3 Create Update Notifications?

I asked something similar here before and never did see a reply, so I will
try again. :slight_smile:

How can I get RT 3.0.3 to send me e-mail notifications on a new ticket
creation or an old ticket update by a user?

As well, is there a way to tell if a ticket has been updated by a user since
I last saw it?

AFAIK this is default behaviour if one sets up queues and users in
groups that get notificed by the default scrips. Its all in the RT
manual, look at configuring queues and group rights (and place
appropriate users in the group).

Errrr, it gets put in the ticket. You also receive an email.
