RT 3.0.1pre2: Unprivileged user can't modify self

Hi, here’s another small bug:

Unprivileged user, autocreated by mail handler:
“Let this user access RT” is set,
“Let this user be granted rights” is not set.
Password for this user is set manually.

In Global group rights, “Everyone” has the following rights:
CreateTicket
SeeQueue
ModifySelf

When such user logs in to the web interface, “Preferences” allow him to
change the password only. It would be good if he could also set his
contact data.
