RT 1.3.64 fixes a bug in the new autohandler that:

    caused logout to appear to fail.
    caused anything in 'noauth' directory to display an extra copy of
      /index.html

    It's a really simple update. the only change is in autohandler.


    If you've installed 1.3.63, just replace WebRT/autohandler.
