Ok. the newest version of RT2 requires a version of DBIx::SearchBuilder
that’s just starting to wind it’s way through CPAN. You can, however,
get your hands on it from ftp.fsck.com/pub/rt/devel/.
this release comes with this weekend’s ui improvements, newly
working Scrips (business logic), a slew of documentation updates and
a number of bug fixes.
If you just want to play and don’t want to actually install 1.3.23 right now,
check out http://rt2-demo.fsck.com:8080/ Log in as “guest” with a password
of “guest”.
Two things I noticed (understanding this is a work in progress and I
haven’t read the TODO in a while):
I posted an attachment as part of a request; it’s not clear how to
view it.
I’m having difficulty constraining tickets by requestor email
address.
Like I said, it looks good.
