RT 1.0.7: E-mail configuration for queues


We have installed RT and everything seems to be running properly -
until we tried to create a new queue.

The queue “newQ” has mail alias newq@mycom.com
However, our e-mail system does not know anything about
this address. How do we make the connection between
the e-mail address and RT?
This is probably a simple problem, but we could not figure
it out from the doc’s or from the README-file that came with
the installation files.
Any suggestion is appreciated
