I looked at the Address.pm file, but the problem is that the same email
where to investigate,

Any help would be appreciated,

(At least, how can I send the Returned Email to an administrator and
change the default Returned Email to the Requestor ?)

lib/RT/Interface/Email.pm has undergone a lot of changes since 3.0.4.
Some of them may well be related. If at all possible, you should try
an upgrade to 3.0.7; in any case, make sure your Mail::Address module
is up to date.
