Restrict queue from reply or comment. Is this a bug?


I created a queue, then created a group that belongs to that queue.
In the queue group rights, I added that group.

I want this group to be able to comment on tickets, but not reply to them.
When I uncheck Reply to tickets option in the queue group rights, the user that belongs to that group can still reply.
I tried unchecking Comment to tickets also, the user can still comment and reply.
But when I uncheck other options they do reflect on the user’s ability to access the ticket.

Is this a bug?

Do the users or groups have rights enabled in another group or at the global level?

Those users participate in other groups that do have reply and comment enabled but those groups have nothing to do with this queue.

For the individual user i have not modified any rights. Only on group level.
