Responce not going to requestor

Hi,

When someone correspond on a ticket via email the reponces are not going
to the requestor, i wasn’t able to find where the setting is located ( i
only checked briefly ) anyone had this issue before ?

As far as I know it is the default behavior. Do you have specific
examples?
