Resolved aging?

Is it possible to make the “Resolved” tickets to quit aging?

One of the things we want to track is how long a request takes to complete.
If a ticket quits aging when it’s marked “resolved”, then that would do it.

Look at any of the contributed RT stats scripts. in ftp://ftp.fsck.com/pub/rt/contrib/

Basically, you can read the transaction history for a ticket and compare
the difference between the dates of the creation and resolution transactions.
