Incidents have a field called Resolution (by default you can select one of 4 values).
I want to generate a report of closed incidents that would also include Resolution information.
How to do it?

Thank you, it helped. The problem was that I was doing a report from all queues but the interesting “custom fields” were not applied to all searched queues.
After limiting the search to only the one queue where these “custom fields” are available, it is possible to display these “custom fields” in raport. Thanks a lot.
