I’m trying to do a wipe/reset of just my tickets and assets. I know shredder will take care of tickets, but not assets. Can I just blow away the contents of the assets table to start fresh? I verified no links (parent, child, owner, etc) to assets, but wanted to check if there’s any other requirements.
I can opt to just do a fresh database and import some of the other necessary tables, but wanted to see if there are any quicker solutions.
