Hi there, 4 questions:

  1. is it possible to change the values of the status fields to be other than
    the default values?

yes

  1. If the answer is yes to the 1st question, can you provide me with the
    location of where this can be done/

etc/RT_SiteCongig.pm put new status in :
@ActiveStatus = qw(new open stalled) unless @ActiveStatus;
@InactiveStatus = qw(resolved rejected deleted) unless @InactiveStatus;

  1. Can the colour of the ticket change depending on the status values?

  1. Can different status values be set for different queues?

I don’t think so…
