Hello All!
I’ve been working with RT 3.4.1 like a Requirements Management and therefore there are many links between the tickets. And now (I don’t know why… this started without no reason!) when I try to create another link, RT gets a message indicating done it, but the link is not created… Transaction Table shows this operation, but Link Table doesn’t register anything!!.. So Strange because it was working, and now I can’t create links!!
Someone has any idea about this?!
