I’m using LDAP authentication to allow users access RT. But, even so
the user was autheticated with success, the authentication window keep
showing up sometimes… However, this user had success in the first
time… So, where is the problem?? Apache? RT? LDAP Server?

This isn’t nearly enough information to suggest where the problem
is. What’s doing the ldap authentication, RT or Apache? If apache’s
doing the auth, did you tell RT to use external auth?

As a previous poster suggested, this sounds like a cookie problem with
your browser. You need to set cookie security lower (e.g., from high to
medium) or specifically allow cookies from rt.

Do these users actually exist in the RT user database?
($WebExternalAuth verifies that a username/password combination is
valid, but the user also needs to be created in RT, given rights,
etc…)

OK…and do your RT logs say anything interesting related to attempting
to create those user records?

(as a unprivileged user) because I seted $WebExternalAuto on
RT_SiteConfig.pm.

Thank’s again…
