Requestors who do not have accounts

If a requestor sends in an email to RT and doesnt have an account one is
created by default. I found that the default user name is the email how do
i change it so that it will strip off the @example.com ??

Do you really want to do that? Do you really want jgedeon@evil.example.com
to have access to all jgedeon@qualcomm.com’s tickets?
