Requestors don't receive reply

Hello, I recently installed RT 3 and I noticed that the Requestors don’t
receive replies about a ticket. They only receive the AutoReply.

I have only set one right for Requestor which is ReplyToTicket.

Do I need other rights ?

Replying to myself :slight_smile:

It was a template error, if the Subject is not set in the template, the

message won’t be sent.
